Gift Program

A stored value program. This card replaces paper gift certificates. First, the customer pays the Merchant, who then loads the collected value onto a gift card through an approved TenderCard™ terminal. The funds represented on the card stay in the Merchant's account. The cardholder can redeem the value on the card for goods and services at participating Merchant locations. The amount of the sale is deducted from the card and the balance remaining prints on the receipt. Cards can be reloaded at any time.

Gift Plus Program

A stored value program and a points program in one. This combination card has all the functionality of the gift program and allows customer loyalty to be rewarded by giving and redeeming points on whatever basis the Merchant decides. There are "add points" and "redeem points" keys that the Merchant can use in addition to the gift program. The gift program and points program run independent of each other, yet work on the same card.

MyAccount™

Merchant's can view all account activity at this website. The site features high graphic quality, and high security by using secure sockets layer (SSL), the industry standard for securing online financial transactions. MyAccount™ features multi level, password protected access to merchants. This enables the merchant to set maximum transaction amounts, view cardholder activity, establish pre-set card expiration dates, create custom reports, and make changes to the merchant profile.

MyCard™

TenderCard™ provides every cardholder the ability via web access to view card balance online, view real time transactions, and make changes to the their personal profile. In the near future cardholders will be able to reload an existing TenderCard™ here.
